Critical Incident Debriefing (CID) is offered when a person or team has witnessed a traumatic event which is distressing or overwhelming. CID helps individuals and employees to process trauma, manage emotional responses and regain a sense of normalcy. Our CID services include:
24-hour access, 365 days per year.
Tailored response within 48 hours of the event either by attendance at a workplace, the client’s home, our consulting rooms or an agreed location.
Ongoing counselling support and review to ensure restoration to a psychological state experienced as ‘normalcy’.
